Problem:

The emulsified diesel mentioned here refersto the normal standard light diesel mixed with water, for various reasons tomake diesel emulsified or partly emulsified, not the diesel produced by special emulsifier.

Diesel mixed with water in the process oftransportation. At present in some coastal areas, diesel transportation dependon shipping, diesel will mix with water in different levels. After landed,diesel need precipitate 1-3 days to separate oil and water, oil-waterseparation efficiency is too low, the sending and receiving oil efficiency aregreatly influenced and capital is tied-up.

During the process of refining diesel, waterwill exist. Due to factors such as technology, raw materials and equipment, someoil refineries can only produce diesel with larger moisture or emulsifieddiesel, influence the production of the enterprise.
