Installation:

Install the filtration unit on the machinery properly, then connect the oil inlet and oil outlet, and confirm they have been sealed well. As this is the first time the filter to be used, please loosen the air release valve first, and then start the engine, let the diesel pass through the filter. When the filter is filled with diesel, tighten the valve immediately. At this time, all the air in filter has been expelled already; the filter can be used normally.

*Notice：The air must be released before the filter elements to be washed.

Membrane Filter Elements:

If the flow rate decreased significantly（or service over than 350 hours），please take filter assembly out，soak into alkaline or benzene solvent，then brush the surface of elements, and blow the inside of elements with compressed air. In this way, then flow rate can be returned to normal.

*Notice：After using a period of time, please open the drain valve at the bottom of filter to discharge the impurity and water accumulated.
