Application of JY-219A in Engineering Machinery

Problem:

Since engineering machinery were working in wild severe environment, it is difficult to guarantee the quality of diesel fuel. As a result, dirty diesel will effect the running of these machinery.

Solution:

JY-219A is a kind of portable diesel fuel purification filter which can be used in working site for fuel refueling and purification. It has small valume, excellent portability, high precision, deep filtration, high interception rate, low diffrerntial pressure, can remove impurity particles, colloid and water contained in diesel. Clean diesel makes the rate of engine failure decrease significantly, at the same time, efficiency will be improved, maintenance costs will be cut down, fuel consumption reduces 5-10%, oil-saving effect is obvious, the service life of diesel engines extend 2 ~ 3 times.

Upgrade Model: JY-219D

In order to increase the flow rate, we make 2 sets of JY-219A parallel connection, upgrade to a new model JY-219D. 

Since the flow rate increased to 2 times than before, the filtration time has been greatly shortened and the efficiency is also improved.
